Robot Hotel in Japan

via Japan’s robot hotel opens its (automatic) doors – CNN.com.

What a trip it would be to go to a hotel run by robots. It’d be like visiting a different time period or an alternate universe. How many times have you watched a sci-fi movie and wondered what it would be like to live in that world.
I wonder what the error rate would be? Would there be humans behind the scenes making sure your vacation went smoothly?
Do you have to tip a robot? How much would you tip them?

ROW80 Check-in:

I did a bit of writing today, early this morning. About 1k worth. Not too shabby for someone who hasn’t been doing that much work on their work in progress. The rest of the time was spent doing research and gathering ideas.
My goal for tomorrow will be to write a minimum of 300 words. A paragraph or a few sentences, which ever happens, happens.
I also got a bit more done on that quilt I’m working on. I would have gotten more done had my bobbin not shelled off in the middle of the row I was working on. I’m doing one inch diagonal lines in both directions to make a diamond pattern. I do plan to post photos when its done.
