Saying Goodbye to a special Kitty

Gracie

Today we took our cat Gracie to the vet. Her time had come. We said our goodbyes. 😦

She had a pretty good life and had lots of loving since she came into our life 4 years ago. The first year she spent in our basement, refusing to come and be a part of our family. After that, she became a member of our family.

Gracie was my mother-in-law’s cat. We had taken her in four years ago when she needed to find a new home. Born sometime in ’94 or ’95, she was a twenty-something-year-old cat. Most don’t live much beyond those years.

Goodbye, Gracie…

You will be forever loved ❤

My Writing Mascot

keelaa

This is, Keelaa, we sometimes call her Keelaa Bean. She’s the little one who is constantly checking to see if I’ve finished writing. She makes this little noise that sounds like she is saying “Mum?”

She’s too cute, and a bother at the same time. Her favorite toy is the tug rope. Outside her favorites are the tennis ball and Frisbee.
